These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public-facing website operated by Valor Cancer, LLC (“Valor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Valor Cancer, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in Missouri.

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Submitting a form or contacting us through the Site does not guarantee a response, service availability, or acceptance into any program, network, or future offering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valor and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
